The final week of The Fall Into Fitness Program is here! How are you feeling? I hope you are feeling stronger, healthier, confident, and full of energy! This week’s must-win is to rest, relax, and recover. Taking the time to let our mind and bodies relax and de-stress is extremely important for our overall health and well-being.

Make it a point to do something relaxing for YOU this week! Add in some stretching, take a yoga class, get your nails done, get a massage, take a walk outdoors, practice daily gratitude, or have a glass of wine. Pick a few things you want to do to help your mind and body relax this week and plan them into your schedule to make sure they happen! Remember to continue with your must-wins from the first few weeks of the program as well and continue to hydrate, add in greens, and eat Whole Foods. Let’s make week four the best week so far!
